The rates below are taken from the firm’s published fees. VAT-inclusive figures use 20% VAT. Your written agreement should confirm the scope of work and any additional costs.

Funding criminal defence
Free legal advice is available to suspects interviewed at a police station. Funding for court representation is a separate question; ask us to assess whether legal aid is available for your circumstances.
Indicative motoring fees
For a magistrates’ court appearance in Greater London, the firm publishes estimates of around £1,000 plus VAT (£1,200 including VAT) for an uncontested matter, or £2,000 plus VAT (£2,400 including VAT) for a contested matter. Most motoring cases do not qualify for legal aid.
